TOPS (The Option Program at Seward) is an alternative K-8 public school dedicated to giving our students a complete education while emphasizing themes of social justice and citizenship. Our central location and status as an Option school, open to students from all over the city, make for a diverse student population which both complements and demands teaching empathy, acceptance, and responsibility to others.

2013-14 Elections for Site Council and BLT
Site Council and BLT (Building Leadership Team) Elections for the 2013-14 open on Monday, May 13, 2013. Please look for a ballet coming home with your child and either vote using that ballot and send it back to school with your child OR vote online right here.
We will close the election on Friday, May 31, 2013. You can read all the candidate statements on the Site Council Elections page.

Middle School parents meet with Dr. Scott June 6 at 5:30pm in the Library
- Middle School parents please join Dr. Scott on Thursday June 6th for an opportunity to get to know him and to hear his reflections after almost a full year with TOPS. This will be a good opportunity to hear about schedule adjustments to better incorporate music and more into the school day in the Middle School next year. He will meet us in the TOPS library at 5:30pm for about an hour.
